Mark Panahi

Welcome to my humble web page.

I received a Ph.D. in the Computer Networks & Distributed Computing program in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at the University of California, Irvine in March of 2010.

Check out my resume.

During my Ph.D. program, I led the development of the Real-Time Intelligent Accountability Middleware Architecture (RT-LLAMA) project for service oriented architectures (SOA) -- a middleware platform to continuously monitor services within an active service workflow, dynamically adapt the workflow via intelligent reconfiguration, and provide real-time capabilities through advance distributed resource reservations using efficient and predictable data structures. The current RT-LLAMA prototype leverages the Mule enterprise service bus (ESB), Real-time Java, and the Apache ODE BPEL engine. My advisor is Prof. K.J. Lin.
